Membership

Fyne Homes Ltd is a Housing Association and therefore a democratic organisation accountable to its members. It is registered with the Register of Friendly Societies - Reg No. 1454R[S] The Association encourages tenants to apply to become members and play an active part in its affairs. We also wish to encourage residents within our area of operation who have relevant skills or experience and support the aims of the Association to join if they are willing to play an active role in the affairs of the Association. Life membership costs just £1.00. This entitles you to vote on major issues affecting the Rules of the Association and to take part in the election of the Management Committee, or to stand for election to the Committee yourself. The Management Committee is responsible for the conduct and control of the Association.
