Community Recycling

Community Recycling projects in Argyll and Bute provide an active and vibrant contribution to the social economy.  This project will support recycling projects to provide employment training opportunities for long term unemployed, young people with limited employment experience and those most distanced from employment, whilst at the same time supporting the sector to ensure a sustainable future.  Key aspects of business growth have been identified with Kintyre Recycling and Fyne Futures Recycling and work in partnership with South Kintyre Development Trust and Towards Zero Carbon Bute is ongoing to secure funding and take forward development work to support employment training opportunities.
