The Fyne Group
Fyne Homes and Fyne Subsidiaries

In April 2005, Fyne Homes Ltd formed two subsidiary companies, Fyne Futures and Fyne Initiatives who together with Fyne Homes form the "Fyne Group".

Fyne Futures
Fyne Futures is a recognised Scottish Charity, concentrating on improving the environment and promoting our substainability message. The Bute Recycling Centre forms the core of its work with the vision of expanding into other areas not currently served.

Fyne Initiatives
Fyne Initiatives is the commercial arm of the group developing the choice of housing currently available through promoting and expanding ownership initiatives such as the Rural Home Ownership Grants RHOGS, preparing and selling serviced sites to allow people to build their own homes, and other general initiatives for which we know there is a demand that presently cannot be met by Fyne Homes as a Registered Social Landlord.
