Lochgilphead Old High School Site
The properties on phase 1A are on track for completion sometime in July with the internal decoration of the properties underway and the external render finishes and tasteful partial timber cladding also at the final stages. Phase 1B is progressing nicely with timber kits and roofs being assembled - these will follow hot on the heels of Phase1A with 4 properties for sale through the LIFT scheme and a further 40 homes for rent.
The homes are being built by local contractors MacLeod’s Construction over 3 phases, Phase 1A, 1B and Phase 2. There are no properties for sale within Phase 2.
