Works on site are progressing fast with our Contractor on track to complete the works in October of this year. The Stone Masons are currently restoring the original façade on the High Street and are beginning to replace the stonework at the old Police station site adjacent to the Coffee Shop next door. The development is part refurbishment and part new build, with the majority of the new build properties to be found behind the existing stone façade on the High Street. Flats on the Sherriff Court side of the development are now almost complete with kitchens and bathrooms installed and internal paintwork finished.
The properties behind the façade on the High Street are further behind in the construction process but are catching up quickly. Partition walls, plumbing for the domestic water and heating along with the wiring for the electricity supply are all well underway.
If you are interested, register on line and you will receive an application form due to be issued shortly.
