the investment in our housing stock. We will identify through regular inspections & surveys
the physical condition of our properties and programme component replacements in
accordance with their anticipated life.
Before carrying out any major works to our stock, Fyne Homes will consult with tenants to ensure that any disruption is minimal. Should your property be included in any of the improvement contracts the local Technical Services Officer for your area will keep you up to date with any information required.
