Repairs - who is responsible?

Below you will find a list of who is responsible for repairs on components at your property for both the Association and you as a tenant, as per your tenancy agreement.

Burglary  - if reported to the Police and incident/crime reference number given - Association is responsible for costs. If not reported to police and no incident number available – Tenant is responsible for all costs.

Broken Windows, Damaged Glazing & Damaged Doors - if caused by vandalism and reported to the Police and incident/crime reference number given - Association is responsible. If not reported to police and no incident number available – Tenant is responsible for all costs.
